Adrian Fitton – Managing Director
Adrian started out in 2008 as “Trike Funerals UK” providing motorcycle funerals across the UK with our bespoke trike hearse filling the last wishes for many families that were keen bikers or wanted something a little different and meaningful to their loved one. He then expanded to “Blacks Carriage Masters” providing funeral car hire to lots of local funeral directors across the north west. After a few years doing this he soon noticed he could provide the same service as most other funeral directors and with most cases up to 40% cheaper, possibly even more compared to the larger funeral companies with many branches.

Lesley Jackson – Funeral Arranger & Funeral Director
Lesley started her career in the Funeral Profession during February 1999, working with an independent funeral company then with the larger firms where she trained in Embalming before returning to independent funeral directors. With a background as a civilian for the Police Force and a medical background from working within the NHS, Lesley has a very clear sense of compassion and understanding for all families within our care, giving full attention to their needs and wishes.

Lindsey Smith – Funeral Arranger & Funeral Director
Lindsey was originally with one of the larger corporate funeral companies who have many branches across the UK. Lindsey started there as a Funeral operative but quickly moved on to a Funeral Arranger and during her time has looked after and supported many families during their most difficult times. Lindsey has gained a lot of experience with this company but came to us as she wanted to work for a small independent family funeral director for the more personalised approach where the family come first.

Beau-Todd-Nicholls – FSO – Funeral Arranger & Funeral Director
Before joining the team at AF Whites, Beau ran two successful businesses, one looking after children at her own play centre and the other running her own domestic cleaning business. Beau then spent three years with ourselves as a fully trained Funeral Service Operative. Then after three years of doing this she is now trained by ourselves to a very high standard as a Funeral Arranger/Funeral Director. Beau is sympathetic and caring at all times and is highly experienced in all aspects of the funeral service roles.

Angela Gandy – Funeral Arranger & Funeral Director
Before joining the team at AF Whites, Angela worked in the motor trade for a well known main dealership as a Service Manager, whilst also running a successful Gin and Cocktail bar businesses. Angela then came to us for a change of career passing on her customer service skills whilst doing a job she enjoys. She has now been trained by ourselves to a very high standard as a Funeral Arranger / Funeral Director. Angela is sympathetic and caring at all times and is highly experienced in all aspects of the Funeral Directors role.

Mike Davies – Funeral Service Operative
Mike’s funeral career originally started when working for one of the larger corporate funeral companies with many branches across the UK. After leaving there during the pandemic he started to work for the NHS for a local hospital as a porter. After some time there he realised his real passion was to work in the funeral industry, this is when he came to us as a full time Funeral Service Operative. Mike always works to a high standard and is caring and dignified at all times.

Samuel Hurley- Funeral Service Operative
Before joining the team at AF Whites, Samuel spent thirteen years as a Group Sales Manager for a large bookmakers then a Sales Representative for a well known blind company. After this and having his first child he wanted a new change in his career and is now a fully a trained Funeral Service Operative, trained by ourselves to a very high standard. Samuel is caring and professional at all times and is very experienced in all aspects of the funeral operative role.

Ryan Tupman- Funeral Service Operative
Ryan spent several years working alongside his dad in a factory before moving on to a role as a delivery driver also working for a reputable chauffeur company looking after their clients. Although he enjoyed the experience, he felt ready for a more meaningful career and decided to follow his long-standing interest in the funeral profession. Known for his kind and caring nature, Ryan takes great pride in supporting families during difficult times. He is now a fully trained Funeral Service Operative, having been trained by our team to a very high standard in all aspects of his role. Ryan approaches every service with compassion, professionalism, and the utmost respect for the families we serve.

Liam Richmond- Funeral Service Operative
Liam originally spent many years working in an acquired brain injuries care home, which ensured each resident had a high quality of care, privacy and dignity at all times. Liam was a highly trained member of the care team there, giving people the support they needed 24hours a day. Liam is caring at all times and he is now a fully a trained Funeral Service Operative, trained by ourselves to a very high standard in all aspects of his role.
